What should I wear to dinner with boyfriend's air force unit?

I'm buying a house this summer. What is the average cost of heating a medium size house in Chicago?
I also need to add a central air unit. The house already has forced air. This might be a stupid question but how does that affect my electric bill?

Heating I'd say $85 a month or so. Central air will make your electric bill upwards of $100. Though forced air= Central Air. Keep in mind, what I said is just a ballpark. It depends on a million things. How old the house is, how energy efficient it is. How well it's insulated, how good the windows are. If your heating with gas, electric or oil. Your best bet is to ask the previous owners.

Where's a good place to look for Internet training seminars in Chicago?
I've been working in print advertising for the past 10 years. Feel like it's time to expand horizons and refreshing myself on other forms of media. I've had some minimal exposure to internet/online, but would like to learn more. I've been trying to look online for any sort of internet training seminars (focusing on termonology, ad units/sizes, advertising capabilities, how advertising costs are determined) that could be coming though Chicago and haven't had much success finding anything. Can anyone recommend somewhere online that might breakdown any seminars that are going on? If anyone has any books they could recommend that would be great as well!
